Unacompanied minors
Children under the age of 5 cannot be allowed to travel without their parents or guardian.

The unacompanied minor must show up to the counter with his or her parents or guardian to fill out a mandatory form for their safe transport.

Original ID‚ birth certificate of the minor must be provided at the counter before boarding as is contact information or copy of the ID of the person that will be awaiting pickup of the minor at his or her destination must be provided.

The person recieving the minor must be the same person that was indicated in the form‚ he must carry his documentation for the pickup. No exceptions will be made.

The unacompanied minor is responsible for the care of his or her carry-on luggage or personal belongings.

After landing he will be escorted by authorized personal until such a time as the pickup as filled out on the form can identify himself/herself for the sigining of the release slip and luggage (if any).

 

PETS
Live animals may be accepted under the following conditions:

Pets must be house trained (Hostile pets can be denied boarding).

Pets must be confined to a pet carrier or travel bag.

The carrier‚ cage of bad must not constrict the pet in anyway‚ and should provide enough ventilation.

Boarding of the pet is accompanied by documentation that inlcudes (but is not limited to) fitosanitary certification‚ license to own the pet or veterenarian slip of the anilas travel conditions.

No endangered species will be allowed to board unless sanctioned and commissioned by a Zoo or EPA.

Procedures

Warm blooded animals must be boarded at a minimun of 2 hours before the flight‚ this with a prepurchased flight ticket. The cage or travel bag must be capable of containing any spillage or waste the pet may generate during its travel time.

Warm blooded animals require water every 12 hours and food every 24‚ this must be provided by pet owner if need be.

The pet may be tended to before it is boarded on the plane to determine its condition before boarding the aircraft‚ extreme whether conditions or space limitations may prevent the pet from being boarded.

All pets must travel in their seperate containers or cages‚ no animals of different species may travel together (Cats and dogs‚ Birds and Cats).

 

Pregnant Women
Pregnant woman will not be denied boarding unless:

She is passed her 7 month period and does not have a doctors certifacte siging her off for "safe to travel".

The certificate is more than 3 days old and is therefore nullified.

 

Travelling with babies
Infants will be considered as such up until 24 months of age‚ before this point they may travel in their parents arms and pay an infant fee‚ after 24 months of age‚ they will pay a minor's fee.

If an adult is travelling with more than 1 infant‚ one of the infants will need to purchase a seat on the aircraft‚ and will be charged as a minor for the booster accomodation. All tickets for minors are tied to an adult ticket.

Infants may only travel after 10 days of being born‚ boarding will NOT be allowed before this time unless authorized by a Doctor or Hospital certificate clearing the infant and mother for travel.
